Our story
Not a commercial kitchen. A family one.
Every tray starts the way it did back home in Bicol — gata pressed for coconut milk, siling labuyo chopped by hand, pots left to simmer until the sauce thickens on its own. No shortcuts, no steam-table shortcuts, no reheated bulk trays.
We cook to order in small batches, which is why we ask for a little notice and why guests keep telling us it tastes like their lola's cooking.
